Fault Reporting
Use this form to report faults with rights of way (footpaths, bridleways etc), roads and pavements, street lighting and trees/hedges.
You can also report a problem by phone, call 08449 80 80 80
or if you cannot use the map, via a text-only form:

1) Find the location of the problem on the map, using the search box and zooming in/out.
2) Zoom in to the problem until the flag turns red. Click and drag the red flag onto the map to mark where the problem is.
3) Select the category to explain the type of problem

The layout of this page is designed so that you can

hand side using the tabs.
- Using the Map

- Use the zoom bar on the left of the map to zoom in or out
- Use the arrows on the top-left of the map to scroll
- Use the centre square of the arrows to go back to the start
- Click on the map to identify items on the map
